Addiction

Nature Neuroscience has a series of articles focused on the neurobiology of addiction that are going to be free to the public until January. I want you to go and read them so we can talk amongst ourselves about all of this.

Go on, you've been given an assignment--the exam is not going to be easy;)

It looks like Mind Hacks is also talking about this series, so you can read up on this there, also.

I'm daunted too. How 'bout picking just one? One at a time? Or are you talking all those readers of yours doing PhDs in biopsych? You can always count on me to opine on that which I know nothing about, but it's hard to get me to read anything.

I thought you all could just read whichever parts sounded interesting to you. I hate to dictate too much;)

I'm currently reading the "...public policy ramifications" article and "the role of neuroadaptations in relapse to drug seeking", if that helps.

I downloaded 4 of them - will let you know when I've read them.
