I do hope you dedicated your dissertation to BOHICA. If you haven't Falters, I reccomend it.

Breena--yep, I'm done...until I get an email from my advisor asking me to do "one more thing" before I go.

trisha--a few months back, a bunch of bloggers looked up the very last word in the written portion of their dissertation, just for fun. Mine was on page 306, and it was tolerance.

BOHICA seems really rude. Maybe this person needs to "Moderate" his comments.

Ha Ha Ha Ha

I would like the last word of mine to be "porniscious."

I feel stupid, but I don't know what BOHICA is.

I LOVE porniscious. I'm going to work that into a conversation today.

Oh, my--I looked up BOHICA in urban dictionary. Oh, my. I don't know how that would have gone over in my dedication. I already feel bad that I thanked my mentor for teaching me "how to work and think independently". William, you are very naughty.

Anonymous: why are you lurking?

A friend of mine writing her thesis on the Mozart Christmas Oratorio dedicated her thesis to BOHICA when all the copies of the work were taken out of circulation by the library, because "Well, only one person was interested in it." That problem had to go to the dean to get resolved.

"Teaching me to work independently"??? That is wicked.

I don't know about pornicious. My word for the day is "cogno-intellectual".
